How Our Online Coaching Works

Let’s Talk About How I’ll Coach You

Easy-to-use online platform. Technology is fantastic, so we’ll use it to get you results. This means we don’t have to live in the same city, and I can coach you from wherever you reside. The software is easy to use and can be accessed from your phone, tablet, or computer.

The work is simple, but it’s not easy. The process we provide is simple, but the consistent work of studying your body and making applicable change is where the hard work lies. Life will get in the way, your kids will get sick, holidays will come, and the unexpected will happen. We’ll teach you how to navigate these moments while still getting results. But we don’t stop at getting you results; we also teach you how to maintain them for a lifetime.

No gyms required. You don’t need a gym membership to get results. By learning how to train with resistance bands, you will be equipped to work out when it fits your schedule, whenever, and wherever that might be. This saves you time and money by not having to commute to the gym and pay for a membership. And if the gym is your thing, that’s cool too. Take your bands with you.

No meal plans here. I don’t give meal plans. Sure, it might work in the short term, but it’s not a long-term strategy for successful eating and will eventually fail. Instead, I teach you how to eat based on your preferences. No cookie-cutter stuff here. We build a plan as unique as you.

Simple habits. Regular check-ins. Every day, you will have something to complete in your account. It may be something as simple as an article to read or video to watch, or a quick activity to complete. You’ll also check in regularly so I know what you’re up to so we can work together to stay on top of your goals.

Personal coaching & detailed progress tracking. I’m Yoda to your Luke Skywalker or Phil Jackson to your Michael Jordan & Kobe Bryant. I’m only the coach; you’re the hero of this story. I’m here to guide and help, but the work & results are up to you. Whenever you need help, I’m always a message or email away. What gets measured gets managed is the philosophy I live by, so we will keep a close eye on your progress with detailed tracking in the app.

No pressing pause. Once you start your program, there’s no stopping. Life doesn’t stop when you need a breather, and neither does this program. Why? Because it’s in those busy and challenging moments when you want to take a break, real work and progress happen. That said, we will work around your schedule and tweak the programming as needed to accommodate your life so you can keep progressing toward your goals.

Expect some hidden treasures. Who doesn’t love a well-hidden gem when they’re studying Scripture? You don’t see them coming, but they’re there, and you know them when you see them. Expect the same here. Just be ready to be pleasantly surprised.

Hi, I’m LaRosa Johnson, your coach & guide to a restored metabolism. I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. My passion is found in helping men regain their strength & find their freedom so they can live abundant lives for God and family.

Why choose me as your coach? Simple, I’ve walked in your shoes. I’m a Christian. I’m a husband and a father. I love studying the Bible and connecting to positive fitness outcomes. I know what it’s like to struggle as a busy man with no time or desire to exercise. I don’t live in the gym, and am accustomed to sitting at a desk, staring at a computer 8 hours a day. I’ve been overweight, yet have learned how to make simple long-lasting changes to improve my health. I know the struggle is real!
