Check-ins are done through the app. By completing workouts, measurements, and weekly assessments all your information will be updated for me to review and provide feedback. You will also be sent a message in the app or email when it is time to schedule your coaching call.
You can expect a response at some point during our business hours. We typically try to respond to messages within 24 hours.
If you signed up for one of our higher level packages, you also will have been given LaRosa’s cell phone number to use for urgent or time sensitive messages.
Business Hours: Monday thru Friday 8am – 5pm (Eastern Time)
Every workout includes instructional videos & descriptions on how to setup and perform each exercise movement. I also include information about any additional equipment you may need to perform the exercise. If you find an exercise too difficult to perform or it causes pain, please contact me and I can show you regressions or swap it out with a different exercise.
Your program includes a set of resistance bands and other necessary tools required to perform the exercises. These are mailed as part of your welcome packet upon receiving payment and confirming the shipping address. No other equipment is needed to complete the exercise program. Because resistance bands can be rough on your hands, I recommend purchasing a good pair of padded gloves (I use the Original Mechanix gloves or these gloves from RBT or Undersun Fitness). It’s also recommended to have access to a digital scale, but it isn’t required.
You may think it is, but resistance bands are just as effective at building muscle and strength as dumbbells, barbells, and other gym equipment. Our muscles only know one thing: tension. It doesn’t matter what form that tension comes in, so long as you are challenging your muscles to progress. Resistance band training is not designed to simply replicate free weight exercises. It allows you to create unique exercise options unmatched by free weights that are important to building a body that not only looks good but more importantly feels and moves great.
Unless you paid the entire balance upfront, you will be billed bi-weekly or monthly from your start date. Payments will be made through Stripe and are setup to be charged automatically.
No, I won’t. Instead, I will teach you how to eat in a way that will help you maximize the benefits of your training. This will help you build habits you can sustain after the program ends.
Alcohol is something that will slow down any progress you will be making. Alcohol is not advised, however everything in moderation. Overconsumption will be shooting yourself in the foot and pushing your goals further away!
Transformation Programs:
We have a strict no refund policy for our transformation programs. Your purchase of our program is a commitment to yourself and the person you want to become. You will know whether or not our program is for you before we take any payment from you.
The beauty of our training programs is that you can do them anytime and anywhere, even if you are on vacation or traveling for work. Pack your bands & take them with you.
Monthly Online Coaching:
For our monthly coaching services, there is an initial 3-month commitment. After 3 months, contact us within 14 days of your next billing period and you can cancel without being charged further.
We do understand that sickness and injuries happen. In such instances, we will adjust and focus on other areas of your program. Since life has no pause buttons, we want to keep going, as these are the moments where real progress is made.
