Workout of the Week #10

Welcome to the 10th Freedom Zone workout of the week!

This week’s workout is one you should add to your weekly routine. It’s a stability workout that will help you focus on strengthening your core, which is key for functional strength and flexibility, especially as we age. I think this workout is so important that I do a variation of it every single week. It’s only 4 exercises, but there are so many ways you can add variation and increase the difficulty.
