Welcome to our 9th Freedom Zone workout of the week!

Up until now we’ve focused a lot on strength training. Well, today we’re going to get you moving and your heart rate up. This week’s workout focuses on cardio by having you go through 3 rounds of 3 exercises, 2 cardio & 1 strength. By time you’re done with this workout you’re going to feel great and your heart will be racing.
