Welcome to our 8th Freedom Zone workout of the week!

Today’s workout is a workout you can do anywhere, anytime & all you need is one band. This is a quick 20 minute arm workout that will have you feeling “the pump” for sure by time you’re done. We’re going to hammer your biceps & triceps. If your arms aren’t burning after this workout, then you didn’t push yourself hard enough.
