Welcome to the 7th Freedom Zone workout of the week!

Today’s workout is all about max reps. I’m normally not a proponent of counting reps in RBT workouts, but sometimes that’s what you need to do. This is one of those workouts where you’ll be counting reps. You’re going to set a timer for 10 minutes and cycle through 4 exercises, doing 10 reps of each exercise, cycling through as many times as you can in that 10 minutes. You’ll repeat that for 3 rounds, targeting different muscle groups in each round. This workout will test your strength and endurance, so scale your bands appropriately. Give it your all!
