Welcome to your 6th Freedom Zone workout of the week!
Today we’re doing a full body workout using a Tabata style setup. This workout has four rounds of 2 exercises each. You’ll start with some cardio to get your heart rate up, then hit your chest & back, followed by your legs, and wrapping up with your arms. Each round is only 6 minutes, but I assure you that you’ll be gassed by the end of this workout!
